I operate the website www.dominicwilsonphoto.com (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these terms of service (the ‘Terms of Service') (collectively, the 'Services').
I provide a website which acts as a portfolio of my photography as well offering physical and digital products relating to my photography work.

Dominic Wilson Photography and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, which means that you may make a claim to defend your consumer protection rights in regards to these terms in the United Kingdom, or in the EU country in which you reside.
